OPEN POSITIONS

Electrical Test Engineer
Location:  Ronkonkoma, NY
Education:  BSEE or MSEE

The successful candidate will have an education and background in electrical engineering. The candidate must able to work with circuits based on analog, digital, uP, FPGA, memory and special function technologies. The duties for this position include, but are not limited to, developing testing procedures and performing the tests themselves. The testing must be detailed and accurate, accounting for both equipment precision and testing methodology. The procedures must be streamlined to minimize test time while maintaining accuracy.

The candidate must be:

  1. Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel. Many of the test activities will require capturing the data in Excel with embedded calculations and test result determination.
  2. Skilled in operating test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, DVMs, computer based test programs, frequency counters, signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
  3. Capable of basic measurements of AC, DC and digital circuits.
  4. Capable of performing tasks autonomously and correctly.
  5. An excellent English reader, writer and speaker.

Electrical Test Technician
Location:  Ronkonkoma, NY
Experience:  3 to 5 years

The successful candidate will have a background in electrical testing. The candidate must able to work with circuits based on analog, digital, uP, FPGA, memory and special function technologies. The duties for this position include, but are not limited to, setting up test circuits and performing electrical tests on components with data recording.

The candidate must be able to:

  1. Use MS Office: specifically Word and Excel. Many of the test activities will require capturing the data in Excel.
  2. Operate test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, DVMs, computer based test programs, frequency counters, signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
  3. Take basic measurements of AC, DC and digital circuits.
  4. Perform tasks autonomously.
  5. Demonstrate excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills.
