ACT Audited and Approved by DLA, Expands QTSL Accreditation

Ronkonkoma NY – March 5, 2014 – Advanced Component Testing (ACT) was recently audited and approved and is pleased to announce the expansion of their Lab Suitability accreditation by the Defense Logistics Agency to include MIL-STD-750 and MIL-STD-883 for processing and testing of QTSL components FSC5961 and FSC5962. This accreditation also includes the ability to perform testing per AS6081 Radiological (X-RAY), Lead Finish Evaluation (XRF), Decapsulation, Remarking and Resurfacing. ACT Offering AS6081 Compliant Testing Procedures

Ronkonkoma NY, September 24, 2013 – The AS6081 standard, set forth by SAE International, is a quality standard created in response to the significant increase of fraudulent parts entering the aerospace supply chain.
